The verification of electronic crane scales shall be conducted in the following order according to the verification regulations of The National metrological verification regulation jJG539-1997 "Digital Indicating scales" of the People's Republic of China.

(1) Appearance inspection

According to the appearance requirements of the verification regulation of JJG539-1997 "Digital Indicator scale", the appearance inspection of the electronic crane scale shall be qualified if it meets the requirements, otherwise it will be unqualified.

(2) Metrological performance verification

Before metrological performance verification, the load should be preloaded to the maximum balance or maximum safety load.

3. Performance measurement

4. Rotation test

5. Discrimination test

6. Repeat tests

7. Overload test
