1. After the installation of the weighing apparatus, it must be verified and qualified by the local metrology department or the metrology department authorized by the state before it can be put into use.

2, before use, should first check whether the scale body is flexible, the performance of each supporting parts is good.

3. After starting the instrument, it can be used only when zero point is stable.

4. When the vehicle enters the weighing platform (or places heavy objects as lightly as possible), the vehicle speed should be less than 5km/h, and then slowly brake and measure after the vehicle stops steadily.

5. Stay in the center of the scale as much as possible.

6. The meter reading must read the correct weight value when the "stability" indicator is on.

Ii. Maintenance

L. In order to ensure the accuracy of system measurement, protect against wind and rain erosion, and facilitate operation, it is required to set up a shed and a measuring and weighing room.

2. There should be a 10-15mm gap at the junction of the weighing platform and the ramp, and no collision or friction should occur.

3. The weight of the measured truck shall not exceed the rated weight value of the system.

4. In order to ensure the normal measurement of the weighing apparatus, it should be regularly verified.

5. No foreign body should be stuck under the scale.

6, the division of the scale operators must pass the training before the operation, repair personnel do not have to master the necessary knowledge, not at will disassemble any parts, so as not to affect the measurement accuracy or cause damage to the system.

7. The operator of the instrument must digest and absorb the instruction of the instrument in detail, grasp the basic principle and be familiar with the instrument maintenance methods before it can be formally operated and used.

8. Before the system is powered on, check whether the power supply and grounding device are reliable, and unplug the instrument power plug and cut off the power supply when it stops work.
