1. The bearing

Scale bridge as the frame of the table has an irreplaceable role, its quality will affect the quality of electronic truck scale.

(3) limit device

The horizontal limit device of electronic truck scale can eliminate other interference and ensure the weighing result is stable and reliable. And the electronic truck scale overload limit device, is to protect the electronic truck scale device, and then protect and prolong its service life, to prevent serious overload of electronic truck scale damage.

2. Weighing sensor

At present, electronic truck scale adopts weighing sensor, especially resistance strain type weighing sensor. It is widely used as a sensor with high accuracy, good stability, mature technology and easy production.

The weighing sensor of electronic truck scale adopts a certain number of cantilever beam type or double cantilever bridge type weighing sensor according to the scale size and the length of table.

In order to overcome the differences in output impedance and sensitivity of multiple weighing sensors, the weighing sensors are connected in full parallel connection, and the adjustable precision resistance is installed in parallel connection at the output end of each weighing sensor accordingly, so as to ensure the accurate and reliable weighing results.

3. Measurement display system

The measurement and display system of the electronic truck scale amplifies the output signal of the weighing sensor in front, and then through A/D converter, microprocessor and display, the mass value of the goods on the electronic truck scale is finally displayed in the form of numbers.

Of course, electronic truck scale has other devices and printing devices and other components.

The use of electronic truck scale is as follows:

1. The scale room of electronic truck scale should be equipped with full-time personnel to operate and hold qualification certificates.

2. Department scales personnel to be familiar with the relevant knowledge of electronic truck scale, the correct operation of electronic truck scale.

3. Electronic truck scales should be used within the verification cycle.

4. Before use, the electronic truck scale should be turned on and preheated for about 30min.

5. Carefully check whether the instruments and parts of the electronic truck scale are in good condition, especially check whether there are debris stuck on the scale body and other parts.

6. The car should drive on the electronic truck scale in a straight line at a speed below 5km/h and brake gently; Cars should be parked as far as possible in the electronic truck scale platform center.

7. After the car is stable, start reading the display and recording or printing.

8. Electronic truck scale is strictly prohibited to overload weighing.

9. When not in use after weighing, turn off the electronic truck scale and cut off the power supply.

10. Clean the electronic truck scale often, especially the items scattered on the scale platform should be cleaned up in time.

11. If there is a failure of electronic truck scale, it is necessary to stop using it immediately and report to professionals for repair. Only after verification can it continue to use.
